11. Jigglypuff Nail Art

Let's continue on our pokemon nail tutorial marathon... well not really but still there's 9 more... xP hereeesss Number 2 out of 10 ~~~! It's Jigglepuff! Why? Well i loved the fact that Jigglepuff draws... all over the faces of people that feel asleep to it's song > u< lol that has always been one of my favourite parts of pokemon :P so... whip out your nail polish like how jigglypuff whips out it's marker and lets begin xD

Polish used:

• Base coat - gahhh its the usual one i use too long to typeeee
• Top coat - the usual
• Pink - Essie French Affair
• White - O.P.I. Alpine Snow
• Blue - China Glaze Aubrey
• Red - China Glaze Poinsettia
• Black - Eleanor
• Dotting tool
• Toothpick
• Nail art brush

Step 1: Paint on that base coat of yours and then the jigglepuff pink polish

Step 2: With your large dotting tool, make 2 big white circles for jigglepuff's big round eyes

Step 3: With the same tool, dot smaller blue circles inside the two eyes

Step 4: With a toothpick or small dotting tool, make tiny circles at the corner of the blue circles (or at the side towards the top since circles don't have corners... don't get all technical with me > u< lol)

As you can see... i tried to do the mouth first but messed
up... > _> nobody's perfect

Step 5: Paint on the mouth. I just used the polish's brush to make the mouth.

Step 6: Draw a swirl counterclockwise, then close it off with a curved line... errr look at the picture if u don't know what i mean ~.~

and the complete!

Step 7: Paint on your top coat annnddddd.... YOUR DONE :3
